< what is astrotherapy? >
Astrotherapy, aka astrology therapy, is the process of working with a licensed therapist like myself, who integrates astrology into the therapeutic process. As an astrotherapist, I hold space for my clients by honoring all the complexities of their personal birth chart while also exploring how the current astrological transits may be showing up in their lives at that moment in time.

As an astrology therapist, aka an astrotherapist, I use my clinical therapist skills combined with astrological wisdom to help clients gain insight into their truest identity, their emotional processes, their intimate relationships, and their unique life path. I believe that by exploring the unique planetary placements and aspects in an individual's birth chart, we can begin to better understand their innate strengths and weaknesses, relational patterns, reoccurring life themes, and endless opportunities for healing and growth.

My approach as an astrotherapist is driven by curiosity, compassion, and collaborative care, with the ultimate goal of empowering my clients. By exploring the complexities of one's personal birth chart and the current astrological transits, I work with clients to develop a deeper sense of self, examining what's showing up in their lives and working together to create practical and supportive strategies for overcoming obstacles and achieving their goals.

Hi! My name is Lisa and I am a licensed psychotherapist who has finally decided to merge my two absolute passions: therapy and astrology into astrotherapy. I began my own healing journey long ago and made a commitment early on to gather whatever I learned on my own therapeutic path and use it to help others by becoming a therapist. I've always been fascinated by the esoteric realms and over the years began to fall in love with astrology. After many years of studying my own chart and recognizing the healing power and validation of the integration process, I knew that I had to bring this into my work!
